The MWV Adult Day Center is committed to providing our guests the best quality of life possible while living with a diagnosis of dementia. We work with our guests and their caregivers to develop individualized care, which can include support groups, socialization, health monitoring, physical activities and greater social engagement. Delivered by expert and compassionate staff, these therapeutic services provide better strategies for managing the course of the disease.

- Individualized assessments
- Personalized therapeutic activity designed to build on strengths and meet needs
- Community involvement including inter-generational activities
- Warm interpersonal community fostering relationships among guests
- Memory enhancement programs
- Social services including referrals and counseling
- Nursing services including medication management, assessments, evaluation, treatments, and health monitoring
- Coordinated care with Primary Care Provider
- Geriatric case management
- Individual and group caregiver support and education
