The MWV Adult Day Center is a non-profit facility with a mission to be a resource for our community in providing expert care and resources for those with dementia and their caregivers. It is our intention that everyone who wants to come to the Center can do so regardless of ability to pay.
During your initial interview with our staff, we can discuss your options for payment, which can include Medicaid, VA, private pay, or long term care insurance. For those in need, we have a limited ability to grant scholarships.
What is the cost?
The cost of services is $82.50 for a five hour day (minimum charge per visit). Additional time over five hours per day is billed at $14 per additional hour (billed in hourly increments). We recommend guests attend the Center a minimum of three days or 15 hours per week.
What is your billing and payment policy?
Guests will receive a bill the first week of each month, for the services received from the prior month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. Ancillary services are not billed or payable by insurance or Medicaid and will be billed directly to the person responsible for payment.
